About
Moss Lane started as a group chat between three friends who kept arguing about which tower defence games were actually worth the storage space on their phones. At some point we figured we should write the arguments down instead of losing them to scrolling, so here we are.
We focus on strategy and tower defence titles, but we don't stay in one lane. If a racing game or a role-playing adventure does something clever with its systems, we'll cover it too. The common thread is depth — we like games that keep teaching you something after the tutorial ends.,Every game we write about, someone on the team has actually played. No copy-pasted press blurbs, no scoring something off a trailer. If we didn't put in the hours, it doesn't get a review.,How do we pick what to cover? Mostly instinct and reader suggestions. We watch what's getting talked about, we try things that look interesting, and we're happy to spend time on smaller titles that bigger sites ignore. We'd rather be late and right than fast and hollow.
